Boot Camp s the ultimate high intensity cardio workout. This challenging interval class, combines various calisthenic exercises with intense cardio for maximum fat and calorie burn. You can expect some days to have high/low intervals, and other days all out high intensity intervals, but bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, and feel your body blast into shape.
