Natalia Pocelujko is a 26 year old graduate of the University of Poland majoring in Physical Education. She graduated with honors and a Master’s Degree. She specialised in studying the management of sport and recreation, health education, physiotherapy and sports nutrition.
She believes that sport, and fitness is not just a hobby, it’s a way of life and her passion is trying to share this with others. Sport has played a huge role throughout her life. She has been swimming since she was just 4 years old and was swimming at national level in high school. She also represented Poland in the game EXTREME kayak-polo. Her adventure with fitness began in 2008 while studying and since then she has progressed and gained great experience as a fitness instructor.
Full of enthusiasm and energy, she feels confident in the role of instructor and her favourite classes to teach are Spinning, Body Pump, Body Conditioning and TRX. She believes that the amount of calories burned along with equally rapid release of endorphins (happiness hormones) during training is a great reason to exercise. She is committed to training and has spent the last 3 years preparing and participating in Triathlons. Her motto is “all in the head, the body will do what your heart (soul) tells you.” Hard work and good fun is the only way to success!
